I was not always healthy and full of energy; as a child, I had little stamina or motivation. I was sick for many of my adolescent years and did not eat properly or work out - two things that could have wildly improved my pre-existing health conditions. It was not until I was 27 years old, and almost too ill to function or take care of my children, that I finally took healthy living seriously and into my own hands. Through nutrition, I transformed my little-to-no energy days into ones full of stamina and joy. By working on my mindset, I have a newfound confidence in myself and a love for taking care of my body that I never had before.

Replenish
Replenish is a 28 day transformation challenge program (plus 4 prep days) that will restore women who are fatigued from caring for others, putting themselves last, and supporting their loved ones.

The last two years have left women depleted. You didn't need a New Year's Resolution. You need a new approach. You need to be filled.
Replenish was designed to be unique. It was uniquely written to help you care for yourself, to find a sense of peace, and to restore your view of self while dealing with stress and sleep issues with healthy habits.
This transformation challenge will not only replenish the mind, body and soul, but it will also take the guesswork out of what you will eat, how you will shop and what lifestyle habits you need in order to walk into 2023 as a new person by providing the tools needed to accomplish your goals.
No calorie counting, complicated rules...my program is designed to help you increase energy, improve sleep, and gain control over your food habits!

So that you feel confident with the steps you need to take, I will message you weekly in the app to answer questions and guide you as you reach your goals.

1. How are the lessons and material delivered to me?
Once you sign up, you will receive a text with a link and password to download my app. The daily lessons, resources, and messages will all take place in my app.
2. Do I have to workout to get results?
Absolutely not. There aren't any workouts provided with this challenge. If you desire a workout program to go with it, please reach out. I can program one to be delivered in the app with the Replenish Program.
3. Do I have to follow the meal plan?
No, it is a suggested meal Idea. I give a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid. You can follow these guidelines while using the recipes provided to come up with your own meals for each day. There is flexibility for those who don't want to follow the guide exactly as it is written.
4. Why do you have prep days in addition to the 28 day challenge?
I am a coach who goes to great lengths to keep the stress level of my clients as low as possible. I designed the prep days to give each member time to become familiar with my app features, read over the resources, ask questions, and plan, shop, and prep their meals. This sets everyone up to succeed.
Gretchen is an amazing nutritional coach. She invests her time in you as if you were her only client. Her instruction is clear and completely doable, but it’s her compassion and encouragement that keeps you going. She is there for you to succeed. God has put health as her mission in life and she takes it very seriously. No gimmicks!
